Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and be responsible for activity under your account. You may not misuse SILK, interfere with the service, access another person’s data, or use SILK for unlawful purposes.

Wellbeing and AI guidance

SILK provides lifestyle and general wellbeing guidance. It is not a medical device and its cycle, skincare, mood or AI-generated guidance is not diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice. Seek qualified care for symptoms, urgent concerns or treatment decisions.

AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking recommendations and deciding whether they are appropriate for you.

SILK Premium and payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment processor. Prices, taxes, billing frequency and any trial terms are shown before purchase. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge the displayed amount using your selected payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the paid period, unless stated otherwise. Paddle handles eligible refunds under applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.

Your content and our service

You retain ownership of photos, notes and other content you add. You give us permission to host and process that content only as needed to operate SILK. SILK’s software, branding and original content remain protected by intellectual-property law.

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may restrict accounts that breach these terms or put users or the service at risk. To the extent permitted by law, SILK is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending your use

You may stop using SILK or delete your account from Settings at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cancels an active subscription. Provisions that reasonably need to survive, such as payment obligations and liability limits, remain in effect.
